Job description

- Support head office to drive all communication and connection points across NAM and global leadership
- Track and communicate the progress of our 5-year strategic business plan to internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
- Head office
- Create and coordinate content for global and North America leadership meetings including 3x1 (1 market presents to 3 key business unit leads), Core Sales Group, Core Leadership Group (global market leaders within adidas), and monthly business reviews
- Create and coordinate content for internal North America leadership meetings including Weekly 21Go meetings
- Strategic plan creation and process
- Develop and maintain regular reports that track progress towards the new North America 2025 strategic ambitions
- Be a key point of contact for global strategy requests and communication
- Market intelligence, data analysis, and decision support
- Develop, manage, and distribute market and competitor analysis to address business-critical questions and opportunities
- Manage relationship with external data vendor (NPD)
Key Relationships:
- North America executive team and their Project Manager's
- North America sales, marketing, supply chain, and HR management teams
- Global business development, corporate and sales strategy


- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
- Strong interest and ability in quantitative and qualitative market research
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus.
- Curiosity and growth mindset
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of strategy or project management experience preferably in the sporting goods industry
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communications, MBA preferred
- Experience working closely with senior executives and managing relationships across departments
- Excellent skills in creating business presentations for senior executives
