The Manager of Influencer Marketing will drive the strategy and execution of the MAC North America Earned Media and Influencer Marketing plans, working closely with cross functional partners and external agencies. They will be responsible for supporting consumer strategy across departments and elevate best practices in PR, social/influencers, and overall storytelling for 360 programs in partnership with the Executive Director, PR & Influencer. Key Responsibilities: Influencer Strategy & Execution - Develop yearlong PR & Influencer strategies for MAC that amplify brand storytelling, drive awareness, and align with North America Marketing objectives. - Lead ideation, identification and execution of influencer partnerships, storytelling and editorial/social content creation across multiple channels and platforms - Manage external influencer agency and foster - Build out content deliverables and contract terms for all paid influencer partners - Keep a pulse on best performing content and formats, and optimize with paid influencer partners throughout the duration of their deliverables - Manage the master content calendar for paid influencer partners - Develop briefs for paid influencers and conduct briefing calls with influencers to kick off creative content process - Review all paid influencer content and oversee influencer posting for each campaign - Manage quarterly reporting inclusive of actionable insights for future campaigns - Socialize paid and organic influencer content and recaps with larger MAC NA marketing team - Build positive relationships with internal business partners and drive execution process - Strengthen relationships between MAC and influencers and talent management agencies - Remain tapped into the influencer marketing landscape and keep an eye on up-and-coming content creators - Oversee always on organic influencer outreach including proactive product mailers, fulfilling inbound product requests, and nurturing relationships with new and existing influencer brand fans - Remain on the pulse of influencer marketing trends to ensure creative, maximum exposure Integration with Earned/Paid/Owned - Work closely with MAC creative, marketing, PR, social and DTC teams to ensure that influencer content is leveraged throughout the funnel - Support PR team on execution of media launch strategies and priority events - Work with the media team to execute paid amplification of influencer content and recommend whitelisting opportunities - Collaborate with global social team to leverage influencer content on MAC social media channels - Develop strong relationship with social platforms to understand how influencer strategies are unique and tailored by platform - Work closely with SEO leads to ensure that influencer content is optimized for the consumer. - Local eventing management and coordination of in-store events and amplification of message via Influencer talent and paid media Program Management & Executional Excellence - Assist in managing multiple, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation, execution and delivery - Work in influencer tracking tools like Tagger to manage all programs - Develop recommendations informed by consumer insights, KPIs and industry landscape - Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs (e.g. earned media value) in a consistently changing landscape - Track budget, vendor invoices, schedules and align cross-functional resources and vendors to ensure projects are completed within planned parameters Q


- Bachelor's degree required - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience managing influencers from end-to-end - Experience working with influencer and content management tools - Understands influencer search tools and platforms to assess the effectiveness of an influencer -Relevant public relations, communications, social media and influencer marketing experience -Confident, collaborative, and communicative with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment -Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of leadership -Outstanding written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills - Fashion, Beauty, Agency background a plus - Impeccable attention to detail
