Partnering closely with business leads and cross functional teams, this position with ensure consistent strategy, insight and messaging will be leveraged across marketing efforts in order to create cohesive and synergy that drives results. Profile

6+ years direct marketing to consumer experience required. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) marketing experience preferred. Excellent leadership skills - including team leadership, thought leadership, problem solving, collaboration. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, including the development of creative briefs and project plans. Strong cross-functional management and project management skills & experience. Strong experience in developing and executing strategic plans and marketing plans. Solid experience managing through ambiguity to shape, elevate and move planning forward. Solid background/skills in analytics and data driven business planning. Solid background in consumer insight and consumer insight driven business planning. Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including strong demonstrated experience in leading creative work and agency partnerships. Excellent communication/presentation skills, both written and oral. Passion for business/the work and a constant learner. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office demand Position is located in the Chicagoland area.
