Job description

Position Summary-

Responsible for managing internal operations of the OneSource HR Service Delivery tower. This includes internal processes, procedures, technologies/systems and projects. This role also acts as a project manager for global OneSource HR projects in said areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal systems governance and standardization - work across OneSource teams and regions to bring standardization, process improvement and automation to our internal products and systems (includes case management, ticketing, telephony and others)
  • Continuous Improvement Ticket intake to Implementation Process - Support and improve our standard processes around ticket intake to implementation as well as establishing and supervising a community of practice around testing and validations in partnership with our functional teams.
  • Process Intake, Service Catalogue & Process Map Management - Work closely with our BI&A, GPOs and Regional teams on the service intake process, service catalogue process and process map management ensuring that all documents are stored and maintained to reflect changes in service offering and all touch points are met
  • HR Bot/Automation Governance - Work with OS IT to understand the full landscape of OS HR robotics and automation and help regions improve bot efficiency and new bot implementation. Understand the systems, capabilities and value propositions enough to make recommendations on where and how to automate
  • Capacity creation and utilization tracking, Stakeholder Reporting Metrics - With support of the associate on the team lead projects working with our BI&A team to support our ability to understand our own capacity utilization, creation and reinvestment and work with BI&A, regions and other OS pillars to define, refine and standardize our stakeholder reporting metrics. Help establish and evolve KPIs, SLAs and internal and external dashboarding.
  • Using professional project management methodology, lead OneSource HR global projects in the areas above from start-up to implementation and acceptance to implement enhancements to existing processes or systems, add new services or provide services to enhance efficiency or effectiveness of other customers. Perform intake and requirements gathering for global projects working closely with the designated parties in each region and other functional areas (IT, legal, HRBPs, payroll, training, outside consultants, etc).
  • GPO of select internal processes as assigned

  • University Degree

  • Minimum 6 years of experience

  • Licenses or Certifications: Travel Time: HR Certificate Preferred; experience in HR Employee Service

  • Excellent project management

  • Strong problem solving and consulting skills,

  • Ability to influence through evidence

  • Strong knowledge of systems and processes

  • Familiarity with GBS/Shared Services, process mapping, SLAs and KPIs,Case Management
