About the Job
The Manager of Levi's Brand Operations will support the Director of Brand Operations in developing and managing tools and processes in support of digital transformation, enabling the Global and Regional Marketing, Merchandising and Design teams to achieve critical GTM activities and deadlines. The Manager will play a critical role enabling smooth, integrated operations across the Brand teams as we simplify our operating model and transform digitally. This role will be responsible for leading and managing tool and process improvements for the Brand team and identifying new ways of working to continually simplify our tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director in translating Levi's GTM calendar into detailed processes and procedures achieving timely completion necessary for successful execution of GTM activities delivery of commercial samples and production.
- Support the Director in creating clear business processes that enable efficient, simplified ways of working in order to meet critical GTM deadlines.
- Develop, communicate and help clarify ways of working, decision rights, objectives and outcomes of milestone meetings to cross functional global and regional stakeholders.
- Support the development of standardized tools that enable Merchandising, Marketing and Design teams to consistent and clear execution.
- Work closely with Global and Regional cross-functional Directors and leadership to identify opportunities to streamline and simplify tools and ways of working. Develop a holistic understanding of all tools across milestones and identify and propose opportunities to automate.
- Manage processes and tools to successfully execute for Global GTM Milestone Meetings including Concept, Brief, Sketch Review, and Global Line Launch. Includes management of a centralized platform for cross-functional teams to leverage and ensure all is organized and updated.
- Support issue resolution and support the Director in driving alignment among cross functional stakeholders regarding opportunities to improve operational excellence within the organization.
- Collaborate with Digital Enterprise Office on the digital roadmap and help identify opportunities to digitize manual, static Brand processes.
- Provide ad hoc operations support as needed. Includes providing milestone management support, coordinating logistics, and managing facilities and outside vendors.
- Key Relationships: This role requires a high degree of cross functional interaction with Global and Regional Marketing, Merchandising and Design Directors and VPs.


- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years' experience within the apparel industry
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong operations and project management experience skills
- Effectively partners with key stakeholders across functions and levels within the organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
