What skills will you apply in this role? In this role, you will works closely with Director of Trade Marketing and Account Lead to tailor marketing campaigns to specific retailer needs, ensuring campaigns are 360 and that all non-saleable assets are organized so that the right products arrive at the right place at the right time; covers basic and launch. Manages all Prestige Department Store accounts, with key focus on select accounts. Specifically, you will: Assist in the development and execution of omni account programming and marketing to increase market share, sales and profit, capitalize on growth opportunities, and drive elevated consumer experience. Work with Account Lead to maintain relationships with retailers, develop business strategies, capitalize on growth opportunities and minimize potential risk factors. Partner with Head of Account Management and Trade Marketing Director to establish and communicate clear goals and objectives for the account, including sales and shipment plans to support seasonal objectives (Holiday, key launch initiatives, retailer exclusives). Develop 360 communication for all key initiatives to be executed by the field ( Visual moments, Key Animation distortions). Evaluate and assess brand performance (ie, category objectives, holiday cadence, etc), review with Head of Account Management and Trade Marketing Director to determine effectiveness of marketing programs; establish appropriate action plan; communicate results on key initiatives to the Account, NYO and Field. Able to conceptualize, present to leadership, and execute a full 360 marketing campaign tailored to retailer needs and provide clear instructions to the creative team to execute. Track and ensure all assets required for marketing campaigns are on-time for marketing programs; route ROP, printed materials and broadcast buys for the account. Guide the development of retailer presentations of the marketing program, with the goal of generating Account support for Bobbi's seasonal marketing and promotional programs. Continuously look forward ensuring all key learnings are communicated effectively to impact future decision-making regarding programs and strategies relevant to drive growth in the key accounts. Develop seasonal advertising strategy and work with Trade Marketing Director on management of coop budgets for both Stores & MCOM channels. Create seasonal promotional calendars with the Account Leads, maintaining all side-by-sides and media cost sheet Responsible for Achievement of Shipment Plan/Maximizing order writing. Collaborate with Planning & Lead OE partner to maximize all programming and event plans with the appropriate support to maximize results. Take active role in weekly status calls with Accounts. Lead content creation, meeting planning for Market Meeting - including preview sessions. ACCOUNT ALLOCATION: Nordstrom & Sephora Q


BA/BS degree required 5+ years of related marketing experience Knowledge of 360 marketing campaigns (including new media). Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally, with retail partners, internal partners, Nordstrom Key Account team and field. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is a key component. Right side/left side of brain thinker, combining creative and business skills. Strong attention to detail while simultaneously capable of seeing the whole picture. Ability to maximize resources (people, budget), operate efficiently and follow-through. Ability to make strategic, analytical and fact-based recommendations linked to a clear understanding of marketing of a brand at point-of-sale. Position requires strong leadership, project management skills, budget management and negotiation skills. Has a general knowledge of beauty industry and retailer programs Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Excellent written & verbal communication, comfortable presenting to all levels of management and working within a matrix organization.
