- Develop and execute full funnel strategies to maximize traffic and conversion across SEM channels
- Manage and lead an internal team that will execute the digital marketing strategies for all SEM channels withing Google and Bing and other DSP platforms (Amazon, Criteo)
- Work closely with the Manager of Social Media to ensure a holistic full funnel approach to product launches and marketing activations
- Effectively manage a budget and forecasts for SEM channels to support daily, monthly and quarterly plans to deliver our ROAS, revenue, and customer targets
- Track and analyze channel performance KPIs to ensure targets are met and provide reporting to Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing and Director of Marketing, Ecommerce
- Constantly analyze the data within all advertising platforms to provide recommendations and optimizations to Jr. Managers of SEM that will improve performance, move the business forward and help achieve targets
- Manage audience targeting strategy and segmentation across SEM channels by working closely with CRM and/or Retention Manager
- Implement a test and learn culture with internal and external SEM partners while tracking and measuring results
- Manage and support creative production process from partnering with internal teams to ensure appropriate requirement briefing, creative & copy development, site experience and performance analysis are outlined, while aligning across teams
- Create and execute an always on vs. product launch strategy that is measurable and trackable
- Oversee the Feeds process with agency partner and internal teams to optimize for all SEM platforms
- Manage brand copy process in SEM channels and ensure it is always updated and aligned with brand marketing and company initiatives
- Work closely with our Google and Bing partners to ensure we are taking advantage of beta programs, new opportunities, and staying ahead of trends
- 5-8 years digital marketing experience
- 3-5 years of experience managing Google and Bing Paid Search Engine Marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Google/Bing Certification strongly preferred
- Experience with Amazon AAP/ DSP, Criteo, TubeMogul, Doubleclick preferred
- Experience building full funnel go-to-market strategies for brand and product launch activations within SEM channels
- Excellent analytical skills and solid foundation in statisitical analysis
- Strong understanding of digital media planning parameters and measurement criteria (must have hands on experience with Google Analytics)
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns or activations simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be able to use advance functions
- Strong communication and presentation skills, while having the ability to explain technical concepts to Jr. Managers and Sr. Leadership
- Experience recruiting and managing a small team
- Fashion/Lifestyle/Footwear and retail/brand experience is considered a plus
