What skills will you apply in this role? This position manages the allocation, distribution, and delivery of all non-saleable goods (launch and basic collateral). You will work closely with Account Planner to ensure marketing collateral is assigned to the right doors to drive sales. In addition, you will partner with CDOPS, NACOPS, Event Management and Account Services to ensure non-saleable for launch is on time and available for successful launch and new door execution. Other cross functional partnerships include marketing, global supply and planners.
Forecast and Manage Collateral
- Forecast and manages non-saleable collateral including tester units & testers, samples, dramming supplies, other marketing materials, pre-packs and hygienic supplies
- Manage collateral budget including monthly reporting to finance and management
- Works with Account Management and Head of Account & Sales Planning to develop Account/door Level collateral forecasts and allocations
- Owner of allocation methodologies for collateral
- Develops priority ship schedule based on brand side-by-side calendar for all accounts and national calendar; prioritizes ship deadlines based on needs.
- Manages tester unit updates, attends VM meetings etc.; manages testers Marketing Grid to Support Event Management
- Works with Marketing to create and maintain marketing grid. Work with internal teams (Event management, NACOPS, GBSC, Marketing) to manage the integrity of the grid, changes in launch details & communicate on bi-weekly basis.
- Works closely with Event Management to ensure that they are conducting SAP validation for launches within a timely manner Launch Planning & Execution
- Maintain Seasonal Launch SKU detail information
- Partner with Account Leads to allocate saleable and non-saleable (in line with launch expectations).
- Communicate allocations to Account Planner
- Develop and maintain retailer seasonal launch side by side
- Develop and maintain category plans covering basic, launch and holiday by retailer
- Liaise with GBSC and Event Management to track new launches. Publish weekly report card
- Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Build and Maintain VM detailed unit guidelines for field Sample Forecasting/Management:
- Work together with trade teams (omni) to secure forecasting, align on programs, manage budget and timeline and roll forecasts monthly Distribution/NDO:
- Maintain distribution grid for product and merchandising.
- Point person for New Door Openings


What experiences will enable you to shine in this role?
- BA/BS degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing ops or product forecasting
- Familiar with components of marketing program
- Advanced Excel capability: ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data in excel
- Strong analytical capability
- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Able to coordinate across roles and functions effectively
- Self-starter. Ability to work independently
- Project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle many competing priorities at once and deliver on time
- Strong business savvy and analytical acumen
