Job description

The Manager, Marketing Segmentation is responsible for the management of customer selection & targeting across all communications to VIP loyalty members. This position will provide subject matter expert across campaign management platforms and best practices with targeting and segmentation within each platform. This role is highly collaborative with Marketing, Digital, IT and continues to evolve the organization's targeting techniques, processes, and technologies to effectively support both CRM & company strategies and enable data driven analytical findings. We are open to remote candidates based in the continental United States for this opportunity.
Director, CRM & Analytics
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage direct reports and vendor relationships, and ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment to deliver flawless execution, including consistent, accurate, and on-time programs & campaigns
- Develop and manage vendor SLAs and internal/external operational KPIs
- Oversee the execution of all customer communications related to loyalty and CRM programs within campaign management tool and digital cross-channel platform, including targeting, segmentation, and campaign build
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements (via internal and external partners) to enable automation and efficiency, scalability, and enhanced customer experiences
- Partner closely with CRM-related projects to provide insight and guidance on best execution solutions through clear understanding of campaign strategy and intent
- Develop and drive process and technology advancements to ensure capability and scalability to support the CRM strategies
- Help drive consistent targeting across all marketing & digital touchpoints to create seamless customer experiences
- Collaborate with various analytics functions to ensure proper measurement of campaign performance and implementation of analytical testing and/or findings.

- 5+ years of experience in multi-channel CRM marketing execution
- Advanced proficiency within campaign management tools required; experience with offer management solutions preferred
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing internal talent
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail experience strongly preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Business required, Master's degree a plus
