Title: Manager of Marketing Technology

Location: New York, NY

The Manager of Marketing Technology will manage the marketing technology portfolio, including the selection, implementation and adoption of technology. The responsibilities for this role includes the ability to manage the entire technology life cycle, from interpreting needs of the business through implementation into support. This role requires understanding of Marketing / Technology platforms, and experience in managing projects, acting as the bridge between business leads and vendors.


- Lead relationship with the Digital Marketing and Technology departments to implement and maintain the marketing technology portfolio and develop strategic technology roadmap
- Develop audience and data growth business plans inclusive of investment requirements and the resulting value creation
- Own the end-to-end architecture and operations for customer data platforms including application, processing and data layer
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assemble future requirements for the platform and improve operational and go-to-market execution
- Lead the definition of new approaches with channel partners to improve data-driven collaboration for marketing strategies
- Partner with analytics, big data and media teams to define consumer segments and creative approaches through data-driven insights
- Manage relationships with key enablement partners to drive holistic go-to-market campaigns
- Proactively identify potential technology and campaign risks with the ability to develop and propose solutions
- Be accountable to consumer and business KPIs
- Keep up to date with marketing technology trends and disseminate technology best practices


- Bachelor’s Degree required, master’s degree a plus
- 3-5 years of experience defining and managing digital products, preferably with ecommerce /Digital Marketing solutions
- Subject matter expertise on how to implement marketing technology and data strategies
- Able to translate marketing objectives into measurements and operational requirements
- Experience with CRM and customer data platforms (Microstrategy and Epsilon a plus) and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with cross channel campaign management and multichannel/multi-touch attribution reporting
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
