Qualifications & Competencies
5-7+ years experience in Ecommerce with an in depth understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, web analytics, UX principles, site usability, visual design and usability testing.
Deep experience with Ecommerce platforms and tools, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Analytical and data driven.
Effective time-management and project management skills.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives.
Strong organization skills.
Ability to create and maintain timelines; work and execute within deadlines.
Ability to understand site analytics data, build reports, and summarize in meaningful way for the goals of the business.
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
Team-player with excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a must.
Understanding of the beauty market is a plus.
