This role will be joining PUMA's People & Organization team at a critical point in the company's growth trajectory where the NA Regional office and Boston International office join together in a new corporate headquarters. The Manager, People Development & Organizational Learning will be responsible for various facets of the Talent function which touch upon On-boarding & Assimilation and Talent Development & Learning. The Manager, People Development & Organizational Learning will partner to design and deliver vital programs for both Retail and Corporate divisions.
In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office in Assembly Row, Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office
- Lead the facilitation of Retail learning programs across the North American Region and Canada
- Provide Induction Training tools for new Store Managers in Retail and monitor the implementation of learnings by conducting Retail Store visits across the North American Region
- Work closely with Retail Field Operations teams to identify training needs and tools required to develop the level of store associate's skills and knowledge; partner to develop and validate tools to measure employee productivity
- Manage Global relationships to roll out key learning platforms and programs.
- Oversee the Ecommerce Customer Service training programs including delivery of new product overview
- Oversee the analysis of learner feedback and make recommendations to promote continuous improvement of learning programs
- Identify trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvements to drive employee engagement and retention
- Assist the Senior Manager, People Development & Organizational Learning to develop and execute innovative strategies and processes to ensure necessary skills and competencies are developed to support business plans
- Oversee and partner on the development of the yearly learning plan to launch mandatory programs and new courses supporting key initiatives on needs and skills development embracing a continuous-learning culture
- Build and implement manager training programs, materials and best practices and support the delivery of the program to Corporate employees
- Oversee completion of the required Canadian provincial health and safety training, and maintain 1% Training Law compliance
- Track and administer mandatory learning programs for new hires and annual completion requirements
- Manage ongoing learning programs for Corporate including launching campaigns, communication platforms, tracking completion rates and partnering with key vendors
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience working in a progressive HR role with a focus on Talent
- 2+ years' experience working in a training facilitator capacity
- Experience supporting Retail learning programs
- Understanding of competency models, career planning and learning management tools
- Creative, innovative approach to developing employees with a strong understanding of how to deliver development product & services for a diverse employee base
- Possess analytical skills and the ability to evaluate trends and make business recommendations
- Workday experience beneficial
- 25% Travel

Profile

- Bachelor's degree
