Job description

The product manager is responsible for full lifecycle management of a Clientelling product/service. He/she manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities,

specifying market requirements for current and future products. They lead ideation, technical development,

and launch of new products. Additionally, they establish a shared vision with business unit stakeholders by building

consensus on priorities and product execution.

Key Activities
- Responsible for understanding the market and ELC's opportunity and translating that into a product services roadmap
- Accountable for overall delivery of a set of integrated, technically sound solutions for their assigned programs and/or projects
- Defines and executes the vision, strategy and product / services roadmap
- Working with business analysts, develops requirements documents and use cases for new product / service features
- Monitors the status of development projects supporting new features
- Conducts competitive analysis by looking at industry trends, customer needs, gaps in existing stack etc
- Collaborates with engineering leads to develop project milestones and facilitates development and testing progress against milestones
- Collaborates with other product managers across different BUs in developing new features and ensuring appropriate support
- Attends project meetings, provides project status to the Project/Program Manager and assumes the ownership for the delivery of the technical components of the program
