Job description

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be accountable for leading commercial readiness for the US Retail Hair business. This includes managing multiple projects to ensure that the US Sales teams have the right tools and resources to enable them to deliver sales goals. In this full-time role, you will report into the US Trade Marketing Director - Retail Hair/Wella Company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue annual US Retail Hair Commercial Readiness Template
- Review progress & own weekly Scorecards to global & local cross-functional teams
- Price List Maintenance
- Manage Launch Sales Samples
- Daily Sales Order and Shipment reports
- Manage data synch vendor and retailer requests
- Manage promotion and display allocations
- Coordinate sales meetings
- Maintain Trade Marketing SharePoint folders
- Budget Management for Sales Operations-owned projects
- Support for Trade shows, as needed

Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree
- Project Management skills - demonstrated performance
- Advanced Excel Skills (proficient in vlookups, pivot tables)
- 2+ year work experience (Beauty or CPG industry preferred)
- Demonstrated ability on attention to detail and to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
