Job description

The Bath & Body Works Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the home office corporate recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for execution of talent acquisition initiatives for the home office organization by ensuring the team has the capability to identify, build and deliver a diverse and inclusive pipeline of candidates to the organization. This leader will be responsible for managing, leading and coaching a staff of recruiters.

Must possess the ability to:

  • Develop talent pipeline for corporate functions including finance, total rewards, real estate, legal, store design & construction, etc.

  • Build a high performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals by coaching and developing a creative environment of continuous learning.

  • Build strong relationships with business partners to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.

  • Recruit for key positions within the organization.

  • Develop talent and succession planning strategies to identify top talent.

  • Acts as a thought partner with hiring managers by providing expertise in leveraging external networks and social media as part of the sourcing strategy.

  • Perform to established metrics used to measure customer satisfaction.

  • Assure integrity and consistency of TA systems, processes, and policies, to meet organizational, regulatory, or legal requirements.

Profile

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience in organizations known for "best practices" in recruitment.

  • Experience in leading and coaching a team of talent acquisition professionals.

  • Strong curiosity and competitive drive, 'get things done' work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed.

  • Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder while consistently delivering results.

  • Excellent understanding of current recruiting trends and operating environment.

  • Champion, educate and influence leaders to adapt quickly to talent acquisition specific shifts in direction; considering impacts to business and partners.

  • Experience with Linkedin is required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
