The US Licensing Marketing Manager is responsible for integrating the US Licensing partners into our overall Levi's Marketing plans with a focus on Wholesale. This is a new role that will bridge internal team, Licensing, and key account partners. This role reports into the Sr Director, US Wholesale Marketing, and will focus on the Levi's® brand.

About the Job

  • Levi's brand and Account Marketing strategies are shared out to the Licensing partners to ensure awereness and alignment during the GTM process
  • Key looks and styles are incorporated into the Tier 3 photoshoots
  • Ensure product samples are delivered to photoshoot in timely manner
  • Key timelines are shared to licensing partners (photoshoots, on-floor dates, etc)
  • Identify moments to drive an elevated brand statement within USWS inclusive of licensing partners (collaborating and planning with the USWS team, licensing partners and accounts).
  • Play an active role in GTM milestone meeting with the majors (Macy's, Kohl's, Amazon) to find efficiencies and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with merchandising to understand product strategies.
  • Partner with Brand Experience team to ensure licensing partners are weaved into total on-floor strategies
  • Ensure brand POV and standards are incorporated into any content developed directly by Licensing partners
  • Licensing partners feel more connected to broader brand and Marketing strategies - with greater integration to drive Levi's lifestyle POV


About You
  • 3+ years Marketing experience - a plus if this includes Channel Marketing experience

  • Experience and management of 360 integrated marketing programs

  • External relationship experience required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail, and strong follow-up is required

  • Comfortable presenting in meetings

  • Personal traits: team oriented, solution oriented, ambitious, energetic, takes initiative, has a strong point of view, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
