Job Summary:
Cultivate a Best in a Class virtual and in-store event experience for maximum consumer engagement and sales. Manage event strategies and initiatives, deliver tools and track events in the US for all retail points. Assist in the ideation and development of School of Drunk Event Tool on Relesys App. Partner with Shiseido Commercial Team for the kickoff and implementation of the program.

Assist in the ideation and development of School of Drunk Event Tool on Relesys App. Partner with Shiseido Commercial Team for the kickoff and implementation of the program.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage National master event calendar for Sephora and ULTA
- Coordinate with Retailer Event teams to curate events around retailer needs and activations.
- Partner closely with VM on tiered event kits for A, B and C level events
- Monitor, Track and advise Sales & Education Executives on event goals, results, and ROI
- Manage TOA budget
- Partner with Creative Ops on innovative gifting options to drive sales at events
- Gather and report on competitive brand events
- Develop event in-a-box
- Create Wrike reports for creative assets and delivery to retail partners
- Manage active events list for Drunk Elephant.com events page and retailer events pages
- Collaborate with PR for local event awareness when applicable
- Support events when needed
- Partner with Global Education team on Regional and National Education and Sales meetings.
- Assist all planning, operation, and logistics of Retailer Education events such as FLC, SDCA, TIPS, Sephora and such
- Assist with the roll out of School of Drunk Event Tool
- Develop best practice guidelines and events selling ceremonies. Share best practices on Regional Calls.
- Complete accountability for gratis programs aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- ***MUST BE LOS ANGELES, CA BASED
- Minimum 5 years in Retail/Cosmetics Management with a proven track record of success
- Must have strong leadership ability with experience working with people - dynamic, influential, flexible, with positive attitude and team spirit
- Creative and innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to manage budgets
- Experience in Events a plus
- Ability to travel to the needs of the business
- Strong organization, prioritization, and analytic skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage complexity
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word
