Job description

We are looking for a Manager, Wholesale Digital Activation for our Global Sales team at our North American headquarters in Portland, OR.
The Manager, Wholesale Digital Activation will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the adidas brand and product experience across a key Lifestyle Wholesale Partner site. You will fully support and drive the channel objectives to create high quality traffic to adidas product on the Partner's banner sites, while accelerating revenue growth and enhancing premium presentation. Your approach will be driven by current insights and the desire to operate in a test and learn environment.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A strong fit for the role will have:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3-5 years hands-on performance display, content management, consumer insights, site merchandising, and ecommerce analytics
- Comprehensive understanding of digital infrastructure, tracking and reporting methods for display and digital content.
- Advanced computer skills with proven Excel experience
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and to confidently bring a point on how to best utilize emerging technologies to reach the brands' target consumer: ecommerce, content, social, mobile, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), digital media.
- Experience developing and activating successful brand-level digital marketing campaigns, managing large budgets split across multiple strategies.
- Strong project management skills with ability to create project plans and manage through seamless execution, whilst proposing and considering budget to support.
- Ability to work and collaborate with a cross-functional team to guide development of digital solutions.
- Ability to balance direct response/performance goals with overall business goals and priorities, and you possess a strong appreciation and knowledge of Brand Marketing
- An ability to explain complex concepts to varied stakeholders by making intricate technologies understandable
- Confidence and encouragement to test and learn new digital ideas and approaches throughout the campaign process. To proactively bring and share digital insights and trends.
- Strong leadership capability with a talent for influencing at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships quickly because of a team-first mentality
- Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Diligence, accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
