Job Summary:
The Marketing Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the global Marketing Strategy in the Americas. She/he is responsible for the brand's development in the market. He also leads a team of brand managers, merchandiser, and trainers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Contribute towards drawing up marketing strategy

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Contribute towards drawing up marketing strategy
- Propose areas for development within the group and the subsidiary
- Supervise sell-out analyses
- Analyze market data
- Analyze and monitor the positioning of our brands/prices and image feedback
- Define and monitor key indicators
- Monitors competing brands in the perfume and cosmetics market
- Define the main objectives, brand by brand and line by line by type of ensign, identifying resources brand by brand (including Training and Merchandising, PR and media)
- Propose investment priorities
- Contribute towards defining priorities with Commercial team
- Define the CRM approach according to distribution networks and market peculiarities
- Contribute towards defining 'sell out' strategy
- Define Merchandising priorities, ensuring consistency with defined guidelines for logos
- Approve the implementation of major operations (counter buildouts, gondolas, etc.)
- Contribute towards negotiating major 'billboards" plans with the sales team
- Arbitrate on billboard proposals, brand by brand
- Ensure compliance with image and media used
- Supervise the organization of Sales conferences (B.A. Seminars), Brand Manager Seminars, and Travel Retail conventions/meetings
- Take part in Management Committee Board, responding to sales team
- Participate in international and regional conferences to define a consistent policy across the markets
- Ensure team adheres to budgets
- Consolidate the Subsidiary Marketing budget
- Manage a team (Brand Managers, Merchandising Manager, Trainers, Assistants)

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent
- Masters Preferred
- 6-7 years of relevant work experience. Working experience in related industry will be an added advantage
- Good marketing acumen and good analytical skills
- Good inter-personal skills and team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish
- Effectively skilled in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel: 25%
