Job description

The Marketing Manager will lead in the planning and development of the merchandise 360 marketing strategies that are in alignment with the corporate brand. They will lead the implementation of the business 360 marketing strategies by leading their direct business partners, agency partners and cross functional team members.

Profile

Strategically minded with background of the marketing function (traditional and digital media)
Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
Able to handle conflict with agility
Excellent multi-tasking/time management skills
Proactive decision maker who can work as part of a team by forming partnerships with appropriate internal and external resources and accomplishes goals using these relationships
A willingness to initiate change as the company grows in order to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
Innovative, tenacious and fanatical attention to detailYou Also Have:Bachelor s Degree in Marketing preferred
4 years of demonstrated and progressive success in marketing, advertising and/or product management roles
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn corporate technologyAs The Marketing Manager, You Will:
Work with the DVP, Marketing to measure and review the ongoing effectiveness of the 360 marketing programs and communicate the results to the business partners. Based on results, develop and implement financially viable course correction activity to ensure the achievement of the financial goals
Analyze and research industry trends and consumer preferences in support of developing the 360 marketing strategies for the designated businesses. Research competitors advertising to ensure a competitive advantage while providing recommendations to the business
Prepare and lead pre-plan and pick-up meetings with Merchant teams
Provide coaching and direction to the Merchant teams as required ensuring adherence to the marketing process
Review, understand and communicate all topsheets for weekly hand off meeting
Build the weekly business financial roll up documents as required
Proactively respond to changing business trends
Manage the conceptualization, prioritization and calendarization of digital content and email strategy for an assigned area of business
Put together story ideation and feature prioritization based on key trends, vendors, items
Review creative briefs for weekly site content, social and email
Partners and solicits feedback from eComm Category Management team and ISM team
