Job description

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a MPO Manager to join the Nike team! You will be responsible for managing a team within Account, Channel or Seasonal Operations to ensure premium customer experience while driving growth and profitability, maximizing service and optimizing order book productivity. You will drive day-to-day operations, and assist in strategy development deployment with the goal of synchronizing Nike and partner supply chains. You will own all shipping and supply planning execution in close collaboration with Finance and other stakeholders to drive mutual profitability for Nike and partner(s).
What you will work on
- Responsible to lead & develop a team of marketplace operations Specialists, Leads and Analysts
- Partner cross-functionally within Nike as needed to flawlessly execute launches, orderbook conversion, key initiatives and the Key City Offense. Lead direction on better supply chain integration/connected marketplace in partnership with account operations.
- Deliver a seamless digital and physical operations integration. Maximize marketplace potential with increased speed of execution
- Influence end to end supply chain process from planning, inbound delivery, distribution, transportation services, systems, store operations, and sales floor replenishment
- Align with Leadership on shipment plans for the Account/Channel - ensuring outbound flow is aligned with Account/ Channel DC & Store capacity while meeting Nike's financial needs
- Represent geo marketplace (consumer/customer) voice when developing seasonal execution capability strategy and roadmap development.
- Develop and manage pre-season, in-season and post seasonal flow strategies on behalf of account/ channel or marketplace.

Profile

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related subject area, or additional 7 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Progressive process and operational responsibility in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Process Improvement
- Omni-channel thinking and retail knowledge
- Planning and forecasting ability
