Job description

Who are we looking for
Materials are key to Innovation and Product Excellence. We have built a new, unified Materials Sourcing and Manufacturing (MSM) organization which will transform our material capabilities, teams, and processes and accelerate our vision to serve every athlete*! We are in need of a new leaders who will lead the digital solutions creation and implementation in materials operations excellence.
In this role, you will not only ideate, develop, and implement tools to drive automation and optimization of operations across product engines but also elevate current tools and data quality through continuous improvement. You are expected to lead with curiosity and obsesse over driving operational efficiencies and excellence while exhibiting high emotional intelligence. What will you work on
As the Materials Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for elevating materials data quality and accessibility across the various tools across the materials sourcing and manufacturing (MSM) organization. You will also support the digital strategy and roadmap for materials tools and analytics. As new capabilities such as elevated material planning, sourcing, costing, and integrity are stood up across the materials supply chain, you will ensure that the ground work is laid for world class tools and analytics and nurture them to maturity. You must demonstrate strong analytical and storytelling skills to generate key insights and weave them into strategies that shape and complement key ground-breaking initiatives and your peers' work across MSM.
Collaboration and influence across a broad network of partners will be key to success. Demonstrating prior manufacturing, logistics, finance, and systems integration experience in a large, multi-node operating environment will be required. The ability to transform complex concepts into easy to understand action plans for senior management will be a significant aspect of the role.
Who will you work with
You will work closely with the functional and product engine leaders in MSM. You will also have significant exposure to our business partners across NIKE's Asia manufacturing base as well as world headquarters functions including Global Sourcing and Manufacturing, Technology and Digital Product Creation.

Profile

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher or Combination of relevant education, experience and training
- 3+ years of experience in leading roles within manufacturing, technology, and systems integration in a large, multi-node operating environment
- Advanced Excel, visualization software (e.g. Tableau), programming and analytics (e.g. Alteryx, Python, Java, etc) skills
- Business and technical program management, and storylining (Adv. Powerpoint) skills with experience in data quality root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Strong written, verbal, and visual interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to network, influence, inspire, and collaborate with all levels of management
- Strong desire for action and problem solving with comfort in the face of ambiguity with strong attention to details, process, and deadline
