This roll will drive the E2E process for Jordan Streetwear Footwear, enabling the team to advance the Jordan Streetwear strategy while achieving financial goals. Focused on defining marketplace capacity in partnership with Geography consumer and business needs.

As the Merchandising Manager for Jordan Streetwear Footwear, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities as a part of the Global Team that brings the product line to life!
Managing an assortment of strategies that enable segmentation and differentiation for a global offering. The Global Streetwear Footwear strategy would come to life through the creation of modular based assortment frameworks which become consumer right assortments that deliver against respective financial goals. To help deliver this, you would have as a foundation, a robust understanding of the consumer and marketplace nuances across all of our geographies.
Driving strategic conversations with the Product Creation and Marketplace Teams will be a critical element of your day-to-day. The work you do against marketplace capacity through E2E planning will help inform this. This will then be applied at a seasonal execution against initiatives, assortments and the strategic vision. Business analytics and retail acumen will be crucial drivers in creating productive and efficient line plans.
Integration across functions and categories will be the fundamental approach in working with your colleagues to ensure Merchandising strategies are implemented in harmony each season. The relationships you develop, and cultivate will ensure alignment and collaboration leading up to, and during all key gates and dates. The integration also extends to our Geo colleagues. This synergy will help drive timely communication, inform tools and the empowerment of the regional execution of assortment strategies, segmentation and marketplace knowledge. The insights from our Geo partners will be used to influence upstream with our Product Creation colleagues translating into product solutions and to help inform the 3-Year Line Plan. Another approach to this will be your partnership with our NDDC & NBHD teammates to drive and execute consumer right assortments for one Jordan marketplace.
Jordan Men's Footwear Product Merchandising Team. As the Streetwear Merchandising Manager, you will report directly to the Director, Men's Streetwear Footwear Merchandising - Jordan Brand. It is imperative that you foster strong relationships with your colleagues within your direct team as well as on the Women's, Kids, and Apparel in enabling the Brand to unleash its construct!
You will balance your interactions with Product and Design colleagues on the creation side of the business, while simultaneously covering the business needs of the Global Marketplace and Geo Merchandising teams. Special Projects, Consumer Planning, Finance, and Sourcing will also be valuable partners for you in bringing the business science to life.
The Streetwear silo brings to life several highly visible and influential products throughout the year. As a result, building and maintaining a productive relationship with the Brand Team will be critical.


- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Merchandising or a related field or combination of education, experience, and training
- 4 years of proven and tested experience in Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying or integrated retail related role
- Ability to collaborate, demonstrate curiosity and decisiveness while balancing needs of the business
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, lead, negotiate and influence
- Demonstrate strong consumer and marketplace understanding
- Strong business management including analytical proficiency, and retail savvy
- Proficiency in key applications including Keynote, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. MMX and AV, are a plus
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time pending COVID updates
