WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As part of the North America Consumer Direct Marketing offense, Nike Direct Stores is growing exponentially! Our team is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our Beaverton based crew to help build the future of retail at our Nike Rise & House of Innovation retail concept doors; our large format, digitally enabled, global and city driven stores.
In this role, the candidate will drive and lead the development of all-inclusive marketing plans for doors, from flow/initiative based retail brand elements to planning and executing offline to online (O2O) marketing strategies and tactics.
The candidate should have a comprehensive grasp on the NA retail landscape, along with the ability to lead multiple tasks and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. Collaboration, brief development, project management, communication and creativity will be vital pieces of the role.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you'll be working with the NA Store Marketing Teams and all functional store partners. You will be part of the team identifying the shifts happening in our industry, sport and culture and then partnering cross-functionally, cross-categorically and with city marketing teams to shape how we define the connection to the consumer.
As the NA CDM Stores Brand Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop, brief and lead retail brand plans including but not limited to: Retail seasonal flow and seasonal specific innovation storytelling through creative (Attract, Engage, Connect), content, fixturing, and services.
- Drive O2O marketing programs including but not limited to: Integrated digital/physical brand initiatives, retail promotions, in-store experiences & events and membership opportunities.
- Manage all details of owned projects including communication strategy, preparing and presenting briefs, managing program overview, work back schedules, creative approvals, project budget, distribution and recap.
- Support city teams in effort to bring seasonal retail plans to life at the hyper-local level.
- Manage seasonal/initiative product ordering for display, gift with purchase, consumer events, etc. in partnership with NA Store Marketing team and city partners.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the NA CDM Stores Brand Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the NA CDM stores marketing director, for Rise & HOI Store Concepts.
Working in the North America geography, you will work and collaborate across the Consumer Direct Marketing matrix to build effective and efficient brand plans for stores. On a daily/weekly basis you will work closely with your NA CDM stores marketing director, managers and specialists on seasonal/initiative projects from brief, planning to execution ensuring plans are connected to over-arching stores strategy, seasonal brand marketing strategy and delivering on critical metrics. You will also support city store marketing teams (Director, Managers & Specialists - NYC, LA, Chicago & Toronto) with concept seasonal deliverables. Additionally, you will work closely with NA Consumer Construct teams to certify proper brand voice, experiences, assets and content in store.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 years' experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, or related experience in marketing strategy, planning and implementation, retail merchandising, display and consumer servicing, advertising, PR and events execution, or 2+ years additional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Nike Retail Brand experience preferred
- Exceptional task management across multiple work streams with attention to details
- Proficiency with MS Office, Keynote.
