Job description

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing & delivering joint business plan targets and brand growth strategies for Luxury brand portfolio on Amazon US
- Building commercial relationship with Amazon US stakeholders while serving as key influencer within multifunctional teams to drive engagement with Amazon
- Managing Amazon trade & A&CP spend, including ROI performance assessment and ROI optimization based on analysis
- Delivering commercial fundamentals with Amazon, including online sales fundamentals (`CARS`) and operational excellence (e.g. supply chain operations)
Amazon National Account Manager
We're looking for an Amazon National Account Manager to join our E-Commerce team. This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will build commercial business relations and develop growth strategies targets for the US Luxury portfolio on Amazon. Reporting to the Director of US & Global Amazon, you will manage a vast array of job functions (account management, business development and analysis, brand growth strategy development and execution, online sales fundamentals execution, P&L and budget management) and be a key stakeholder in the development and delivery of the joint business plan with Amazon and COTY Net Revenue and P&L targets.


We'd love to see candidates who have:
- 3+ years of CPG E-Commerce experience with comprehensive knowledge of Amazon's business model and E-retail strategies (Amazon experience required)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence across multiple levels and functions and drive coordination across groups
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management
- Bachelor Degree, advanced degree a plus
