It's about inclusion and liberating everyone to shine in their unique way.JOB TITLE: NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - KROGER, SALLY HANSEN/RIMMEL/FRAGRANCELOCATION: REMOTE (Home Office) - CINCINNATI, OH MARKET PREFERRED, OTHER AREAS CONSIDERED IF KROGER EXPERIENCE, + 10% TRAVEL POSITION OVERVIEW: The National Account Manager's primary responsibilites are to grow the Kroger/Fred Meyer SALLY HANSEN/RIMMEL/FRAGRANCE business by formulating a strong cohesive sales strategy focusing on Brand/Retailer priorities. The National Account Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Kroger SALLY HANSEN/RIMMEL/FRAGRANCE businesses, including but not limited to promotional strategy, display strategy, P&L management, fact-based selling, POG development, deductions, retailer specific shopper marketing, loyalty insights, JBP planning and development of retailer relationship. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor all aspects of the business while handling multiple tasks within the account and establish strong relationships both internally/externally with a thorough understanding of Coty and the retailer to maximize potential. This person should be adaptable to the changing needs of the business, and be able to shift focus accordingly. This person will need to be highly organized, detail oriented and proactive in their approach while maintaining a positive attitude. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish strong customer rapport and reliability within account to become trusted advisor.
- Establish annual JBP with the retailer and continually monitor progress.
- Assist Wall Strategy Team in developing Cosmetic POG's to improve productivity and plan for the greatest future opportunities.
- Lead and own all presentation development to collaboratively gain accounts' support of innovation, displays and promotional/pricing strategy.
- Participate in customer touch base appointments, category line reviews, Joint Business Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Strategic Planning the overall business, to include development of a sales plan and quota attainment
- Develop a relationship with support departments within retailer to ensure maximum support in all business areas
- Provide all forecasts, key account reporting and other sales reports requested by Coty Management
- Carefully monitor the Account's P & L Statement. Work to ensure spend within budget while reducing DTP, Returns & low ROI investments.
- Develop hig ROI promotional strategy and presentations, special prepacks, displays and events to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage promotional funds to effectively drive the business while facilitating resolution of all outstanding deductions.
- Lead Crossmark broker for all form completion, ensuring accuracy and minimal changes for the most efficient use of retailer's time.
- Handle price, pack or UPC errors that arise in Sanford prior to or after an order ships-Work directly with Sanford Customer Service
- Consistently provide all requested information in an accurate and timely manner
- Note on Working Location: Preferred location is Cincinnati, OH, but will consider remote with flexibility to travel, as requiredQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: 4 Year Bachelors Degree (Business Degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in CPG/Beauty/DTC sales or category management
- Systems: AC Nielsen, IRI, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), Kroger Market 6/84.51
- Attributes: Responsible, analytical, detail oriented, organized, solution oriented, team player, strong communicator, goal/results driven
- Retailer Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Regional Grocery and/or Kroger and/or Beauty/CPG experience
