Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a NA Account Marketing manager to lead the Retail Brand game planning process from strategy, comprehensive briefs, GTM support, asset creation and delivering all-encompassing key account marketing plans. We're looking for someone to deliver the most impactful retail brand plans through interruptive retail storytelling, social/ digital campaigns, activations via brick and mortar and .com.
This role does require a strong self-starter and someone who can connect the dots across functional teams. This leader is communications driven and strives to deliver the best possible marketing solution to meet the brands needs.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Elevating the brand through powerful retail marketing campaigns, digital and physical activations and in-store presentations.
- Developing retail seasonal Marketing Calendars alongside Brand, Merchandising, and Product with direct focus via the concept map.
- Development and communication of seasonal in-store Marketing plans and communication to key account partners.
- Development and execution of the brand at point of sale, both brick and mortar and throughout the account's digital journey.
- Lead wholesale Retail Brand seasonal plans with the consumer at the center.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure in-store the Visual Merchandising presentation is powerful and consistent.
- Own and drive strategy and assets for attract, engage and connect experience.
- Add innovation and future thinking to the wholesale partnership and retail environment.
- Prepare and communicate staff product knowledge materials and training guidelines.
- Own all aspects of branded account retail communication, assets and copy.
- Bring to bear ideas and assets/sharing from regional key accounts to ensure standard methodologies.
- Cross functional management (Merch, Sales, Brand Design, Brand Comm, Retail Brand Design, Marketing functions).
- Compile Coordinated Quarterly Retail Brand recaps.
- Facilitate the implementation of product presentation programs for brand and seasonal initiatives.
- Facilitate the communication and sharing of strategy, timeline and tools between cross functional partners.
- Participate in the hindsight process and collect feedback to ensure that visual programs meet business needs and promote premium consumer experience.
- Be the regional advocate consistently assembling, analyzing and presenting regional needs, plans, and marketplace realities, ensuring the regional retail marketing teams have everything they need for success.
- Be the hub of retail standard methodologies across the geo and share wins to gain consistency across internal teams.
- Support NA geo with budgeting alignment through product stories and key seasonal initiatives.
- Co-manage agency relationship and project development and production.

This role will report in through the NA Marketing pipeline, specifically through the Director of NA Retail Brand. You will cross functionally partner with brand management, digital/ doer marketing, brand design, commercial, account, merchandising and operations teams.

Profile

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of proven experience in Retail Marketing, Brand Management, Product Presentation or Project Management and/or equivalent combinations.
- Hands- on experience and excellent wholesale/ retail experience a plus.
- This experience should include experience with development of retail marketing strategies, brand principles and sales knowledge.
- Applied consumer knowledge and endless passion to target and develop best possible marketing solutions.
- Proven financial/ budgeting accountability and ability to work cross functionally with senior leaders.
- Diverse working background able to connect people and strategies.
- Outstanding organization and communications is a requirement.
