Job description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a North America Brand Marketing manager for the Unite/CLR fleet, your role is to elevate and evolve the Nike brand. You'll lead Store Opening + 365 planning that powers Nike Unite and Clearance stores where Nike + Jordan Brand product is showcased. You'll obsess the ways in which consumers hear, see, and experience our most coveted products & compelling stories while leading all aspects of the creative in-store marketing journey. This person should have a background in the industry and possess analytical awareness along with a deep understanding of marketing products and services within physical retail environments.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
The candidate will be primarily responsible for the brand storytelling, evergreen messaging, community-based/brand initiatives and creative marketing output for Unite/CLR members. You will also collaborate with key business partners across the Consumer Direct Marketing & Value Marketplace matrixes to craft and execute holistic retail marketing plans that amplify member and platform engagement, build awareness, support member acquisition, bolster retention and elevate O2O journeys.
You will deliver briefs, brand directives, and tools that power plans aligned to Brand priorities, partnering with key Nike/Jordan Brand, city and cross-functional partners that serve the North America marketplace with the end in mind.
You will remain tapped into the latest retail trends and industry standard methodologies.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
In this role, you will report to the North America Unite/Value Brand Marketing Director. The candidate will partner with internal and external functional teams to improve Nike's Unite/CLR product storytelling and to cultivate cross-channel CDM campaigns that elevate the brand and store offerings/experiences for our consumers. You will work with visual merchandising, brand marketing and product teams during marketing moments, owning store strategic direction from ideation to marketplace handover. You will participate in creative review sessions that enable Marketing objectives for Unite/CLR stores inclusive of messaging and engagement tools, delivering on strategies that ladder to store opening/maintenance plans.

Profile

WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3-5 years management experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail
- Thinks creatively and brings forth innovative solutions
- Crafts strategic and detailed plans that are easy for partners to implement; everything from test and learn to New Store Openings, as well as Daily and Seasonal Marketing
- Proactive, accountable & goal-oriented, turning strategy into action, leading multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
- Well informed and makes decisions to get results!
- Confirmed ability to communicate across multiple teams at all levels
- Excels at embracing change and lead with flexibility and patience
- Relentlessly curious about the consumer and their world!
- Leads with confidence and demonstrates credibility and reliability
