Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

You Also Have:
University degree or College Diploma
1-2 years of related or progressive work experience in production analysis, reporting, operations and administration
Proficient MS Office skills
As The Office Administrator, You Will:
Notify Transportation of expected outbound volume
Analyze daily manifest and ensure deliveries are on time
Bill all closed trailers
Audit WCS variances
Prepare any and all necessary outbound paperwork for Outbound Supervisor
Provide support for floor associates with inventory inquires
Read import manifest and prepare all inbound paperwork for Inbound Supervisor
Notify Inbound Supervisor or any domestic, vendor loads, imports, depots, volumes
Prepare all inbound and outbound MHF paperwork for departments
Accurately maintain all external records for SND, RMA, Failed Delivery, reports by deadline
Manage requests from Customer Care Centre and aid in customer resolution and satisfaction
Print any and all relevant documents for MHF Supervisor.
All other duties and tasks as assigned
