As The Office Services Coordinator, You Will:
Facilitate issue resolution process, achieving compliance with the Company's policy standards. Ensure consistent maintenance and repair for all building components.
Communicate and supervise porters, handymen, and other support staff while monitoring tasks and projects to ensure completion in a timely and effective manner.
Enter, maintain, and track status of all assigned tasks in either The Hub ticket system or Facilities Tracker.
Expected to operate with a sense of urgency to support Office Services Manager and Director by executing tasks in order to correct issues which impact associate experience and report all facilities issues that are not immediately repairable.
Act as a trusted partner to the business, handling requests with diligence.
You can work independently without concern, stay self-motivated and always meet your deadlines
You have a proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
You have proven time management skills and are comfortable managing multiple projects and dealing with shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism
You Also Have:
Experience in Facilities Management
Experience with Google Suite
Previous experience with ticket management systems a plus
