You have a proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
You utilize your strong communication skills to inspire, direct, and lead your team to meet all proposed deadlines

You Also Have:
4-year degree preferred
3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce/operational processes and achieving results
Proficiency in utilizing available technology, especially Microsoft Office Suite
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules
As the Manager - Operations, You Will:
Be responsible for achievement of sales, controllable profit, EBITDA, payroll management, P&L performance, email capture rate, shipping process, etc.
Oversee the selling and service processes; provide leadership and motivation to team in achieving sales goals, drive omni-channel growth and execution of company initiatives.
Oversee the operational and merchandising processes to ensure that Door to Floor standards are maintained and signage and pricing vehicles are current and clear.
Monitor store payroll rate and expense; oversees store staffing, ensuring scheduling aligns with overall business needs and traffic flow.
