ACCOUNTABILITIES
PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE & HOSPITALITY MENTALITY FOR OUR ASSOCIATES AND VISITORS
Create personal interactions with associates and visitors
Proactively determine needs of associates and visitors
Maintain professionalism throughout the shift
MAINTAINS SAFETY & SECURITY OF THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND AUXILIARY BUILDINGS
Respond to alarm activities for both burglar and fire systems
Document and follow-up on investigations via camera systems and other Loss Prevention related computer systems
Provide a visible security presence at the desk
Ensure only authorized individuals enter our facilities by monitoring Lenel access control system
Monitor entrances, sensitive areas and parking lots by monitoring our Genetec system
Communicate safety issues to facilities management and/or Loss Prevention management
Maintain knowledge of building evacuations and severe weather procedures
Respond to accidents and medical emergencies

Job description
SYSTEM OPERATIONS
- Proficient with Lenel (access control) & Genetec (video)
- Respond to system generated issues (turnstile alarms, building access) remotely or onsite
- Monitor and respond appropriately to email and phone requests
- Maintain knowledge of alarm zones throughout facilities

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Computer, filing and telephone skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Adapt well to change
- Able to receive feedback
- Work well in a fast paced environment, while having a strong sense of urgency
- Multitask and understand priorities
- Able to use a vehicle battery jump start unit
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand/or walk for long periods of time
