Job description

As the Principal, Digital Business Operations
& Enterprise Portfolio you will be responsible for strategic planning,
project success and special initiatives.
You'll collaborate closely with the Product & Digital Revenue Leadership
team and critical partners to ensure timely and efficient progress on key
initiatives. Responsibilities include
but not limited to prioritization, driving to deadlines, resolving issues,
pushing through roadblocks, analyzing data and preparing reports/materials,
enabling the team to execute and innovate with speed and efficiency. Additionally, you will be a key member of the
Enterprise Portfolio team, working across Product Portfolios to ensure
consistency of approach and governance and alignment of related strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential
Functions:

- Supports the
Director, Digital Business Operations in ensuring successful strategic
planning, digital operations and key initiatives

- Participates
in senior leadership meetings and forums, helping to connect details, and anticipate
and follow up on action items

- Utilizes
cross-functional knowledge and partnerships to understand, synthesize and
communicate issues, trends and perspectives that may influence the
business.

- Drives cross
functional teams towards clear, efficient and accountable decision making.

- Prepares
priorities and action items for senior leaders based on project status,
priority level.

- Supports the
GVP, Enterprise Portfolio & Customer Engagement in ensuring consistency of
approach across all Product Portfolios, including KPI governance, leadership
forums and capital reporting with Tech Finance.

- Regular,
dependable attendance & punctuality.

interest of the business.

Profile

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's or
equivalent with 5-7+ years of consulting or strategy experience.

Communication
Skills:

- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to
read, write and interpret business documents such as reports and decks.

Mathematical
Skills:

- Must have
superior analytical and mathematical skills, including the ability to compute
rates, ratios, and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical
concepts such as probability and statistical inference.

Reasoning
Ability:

Must be able to work independently with minimal
supervision and make sound decisions.

Physical
Demands:

- This position
involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time,
hearing, and talking.

- May
occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

- May involve
close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing
computer monitor for extended periods of time.

- Involves
manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.

- May involve
