What you'll do

The TJX Companies, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer is looking for a Principal Product Manager with Workday expertise, to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Delivery team, we are responsible for the software and systems that support TJX's world-class Global Human Resources and Payroll organizations. Using your Workday expertise, you will lead the team that designs, configures, and delivers the Global implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management solution.

The Principal Product Manager with Workday HCM experience we seek is passionate about agile product management, is highly organized, and communicates well with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a strong collaborator, working with a wide range of people, including Senior Management and Business Leaders to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, to develop the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Workday HCM solution design to help elevate our overall associate experience & deliver seamless HR Services to our more than 300,000 associates around the world
• Works closely with business leaders to prioritize the portfolio backlog, including the prioritization of epics with all global business partners across global HR and Payroll functions.
• Manages the overall Workday solution design from a functional and technical perspective to minimize design/functionality conflicts resulting in a secure and sustainable solution
• Recognizes and manages upstream/downstream impacts from product decisions
• Manages design decisions that might impact other modules in scope
• Serves as the Platform SME across the modules in scope
• Coordinates across multiple Product Teams to manage dependencies
• Manages demand versus capacity gaps and resource contention issues
• Partners with various teams within IT as needed to build agreements around solution approaches, operating principals, transition to production, etc. to deliver scalable, optimized solutions

Successful candidates will have:

• 10+ years of product experience or a related position
• 5+ years' experience working on a large, global implementation of Workday HCM
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
• Strong Agile leadership and methodology experience (Portfolio SAFe preferred)
• Experience in leading corporate initiatives that have successfully introduced new technology solutions - Workday preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience

Preferred "Nice to have" skills

• Workday PRO HCM certification would be a bonus
• Workday Compensation & Workday Recruiting HCM experience preferred
• Advanced degree in IT or business preferred
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Manager (POPM) preferred
