Job description

Process Improvement Senior Specialist - Asset Protection
- Support key operational processes for shrink including stores, SSC, DLC and RCL
- Provides guidance for shrink trends and partners appropriately for resolution both in Home Office and Field
- Supports direction of key programs for Asset Protection teams designed to teach them operational controls to eliminate shrink
- Supports the design, build and development of intuitive systems and reporting for shrink elimination in partnership with the Process Improvement Manager
- Supports additions or modifications to company-wide best practices based off of analytics for shrink improvement and communicates to appropriate partners
- Coordinates with appropriate business partners on a regular basis to participate in discussion of shrink trends
- Consistently meets established performance standards for this role, including but not limited to shrinkage, safety, sales, customer service, productivity, and expense controls
- Travel 10-15%


- College education or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in SQL, statistical analysis, relational databases
- Strong working knowledge of: SQL, Microsoft Office, Reporting tools (Tableau, Oracle, OBIEE, BI Publisher
