Jockey is seeking a Product Launch Manager to work with our exceling marketing team! As the Jockey Product Launch Manager, you will play a key role in the marketing organization while sitting at the center of the cross functional GTM team, Marketing and Commerce Channels ensuring that all product launches are executed seamlessly.
In this role you will fuel growth within our commerce ecosystem by collaborating with product and design leaders as well as marketing, copy and creative teams to deliver compelling experiences that maximize the impact of brand and product campaigns.
You will be responsible for understanding, defining, and implementing processes that are built to scale while constantly looking to drive brand equity via best-in-class product storytelling.
In this role, you will partner with the marketing leadership to organize and manage the execution of the product launch roadmap.
This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area.

- Own all aspects of the product marketing brief to ensure channel stakeholders have accurate and consistent product content. Develop "source of truth" resources for product education
- Guide the creative team to produce foundational content required to support product launches across all digital and brick and mortar channels
- Create consumer demand by developing compelling product storytelling, highlighting the Jockey brand value proposition and key features and benefits of our strategic platforms and products
- Understand how consumers engage with our products, i.e., feature usage, points of friction, likes and dislikes. Partner with Consumer Insights, Data Science and Analytics teams to ensure product stories are grounded by research and data
- Work with business unit and channel teams to understand product performance. Use performance insights to iterate and optimize our product marketing
- Analyze Consumer feedback, product analytics and external benchmarking to identify and recommend new feature opportunities to inform GTM team
- Develop and manage product naming processes, partnering with channel teams, SEO and legal
- Provide input to the yearly and seasonal integrated marketing planning process, ensuring key product and platform integration with all brand marketing activities
- Bachelor's degree with areas of focus including Business, Marketing, Finance, or Communications
- 2-5 Years experience in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Ability to collaborate, influence and drive consensus
- High attention to detail, strong written, verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating at various levels across an organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset to continuously seek out new opportunities
- Strong understanding of product marketing with a pragmatic, data-led mindset
- Ability to process information objectively and a proven track record in successfully navigating challenging situations
