Job description

Who we are looking for
As our Product Line Manager -Men's Fitness and Running Apparel, this individual will oversee all facets of the apparel product creation process for a subset of the Men's Running and Fitness line. This role is responsible for creating industry defining apparel that inspires movement for everyday to elite athletes worldwide. We are looking for someone with a passion for fitness and wellbeing, who is inherently connected to the pulse of the consumer and industry, possesses a strong balance of business and aesthetic acumen, and works extremely well with others!
What you will work on
In this role you will analyze consumer and industry trends, identify innovative solutions to consumer problems, craft insightful product briefs, and partner with design, merchandising, and technical development to create exceptional product that meets profitability and revenue targets. Over the course of a season, you will collaborate on strategy and line planning, create and present product briefs, participate in design and prototype reviews, and create and present compelling presentations to gain consensus from downstream partners. Day to day will include leading the product creation process and ensuring that you and your partners hit key deadlines and landmarks.
Who you will work with
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Men's Performance Apparel and will work with a direct team of Product Line Managers who are responsible for Running, Fitness, and Yoga apparel. Key partners include Merchandising, Design, Technical Development, Product Developers, Margin Planning, Sourcing and Costing. As the hub of the cross functional creation team your partners and teammates appreciate your ability to bring process clarity, a solution-oriented mentality, and positive energy to a large and diverse group.


What you bring
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years' experience in a product-related role, 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Passion for Apparel and Fitness. In depth understanding of consumer, marketplace, competitive, and industry trends.
- Ability to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships
- Business acumen & strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math
