Job description

The Product Management team delivers new and enhanced products that shape our customer and colleague experiences. The Advisor, Product Management- Marketplace will define the most critical user problems to solve, identify the impact on our business, and will create the vision for how we can leverage technology to solve those problems. Additionally, the Advisor Product Management- Marketplace builds a value based incremental delivery approach that allows us to maximize the return on our invested capital.
The Advisor, Product Management- Marketplace will leverage their passion for building great products by partnering with tech, analytics, UX, and functional/business SMEs in an Agile & Lean product delivery environment throughout the entire product lifecycle. The Advisor will own the product from strategic planning through tactical execution and post-launch measurement.
Essential Functions
- Customer-Centric: You are passionate about baking customer service into how you think and operate.
- Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability in performing complex data analysis and drawing actionable insights and building strategies against the analysis.
- Ability to execute independent research projects, and generate practical results and recommendations.
- Strong presentation skills with an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas and findings.
- A good balance of analytical and creative thinking.
- Thrives under pressure, balancing multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

- Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus.


- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
- 5+ years direct experience
- Ability to effectively share technical information, communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business
- Able to juggle multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize time and communicate timeline to team members
- Ability and desire to take product/project ownership
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
- Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
