Job description

Fossil Brand is searching for a Product Development Manager to join our licensing side of the business to support our DKNY & KSNY product development team. As part of the team, you will be a key collaborator with design, merchandising, materials sourcing, and our Fossil East (Hong Kong) team. You will also be a main point of contact with our far east partners throughout the development cycle. You will be an integral part of the entire development process from Design concept through the product's lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and drive calendar milestone dates to completion.
- Primary owner of communication on seasonal development with Design, Fossil East Asia teams, and our far east Asia factories.
- Manage style allocation and factory loading throughout product lifecycle.
- Leverage product and category expertise to collaborate daily with cross functional partners to include Raw Materials team, Merchants, Supply Chain Management, and Design.
- Manage final cost and cost negotiations with factories; identify and find solutions for lead time and MOQ issues.
- Lead work in progress meetings with Design, Merchants, and Supply Chain Management.
- Enter and maintain product data management in PLM, SAP, and PIM systems.


- 2-5 years' experience of product development is required.
- Degree in Product Development, Fashion Merchandising or similar discipline strongly preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Proven success with attention to detail while managing multi-tasking across multiple seasons.
- Organizational, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required.
- Ability to prioritize and meet essential deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with several cross functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Google suite.
- Experience in SAP and PLM systems highly preferred.
