Job description

Who we are looking for
Our Consumer Setup Product Team is looking for a Product Manager who will help lead the creation, improvement and growth of Nike's digital Member and Partner Experience capabilities. You will help define and execute the product vision and strategy, own the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help deliver outstanding user journeys and experiences to best serve Nike Members in a privacy and security-forward way. This person will craft a detailed roadmap and product priorities based on a solid understanding of consumer needs, insights, and a strong handle on industry best practices.
What you will work on
The selected candidate will work with Nike's Web and App Agile Software Development teams to deliver best of class Member Settings and Preferences, Profile, Partner Linking and other consumer facing experiences. You will attend daily standup meetings, meet with key team members and stakeholders, and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps. You will build product narrative documents for upcoming new feature proposals and develop expected outcome models where needed.
Who you will work with
You will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and ensure successful business outcomes. You will interact daily with our agile software development teams to ensure that the business needs, and objectives are clearly articulated and prioritized. In addition, you will work closely with our experience design team and with analysts from Privacy, Legal and Security regarding global policies and laws.


What you bring
- Leadership: Understand and drive the strategic direction for Nike Member and Partner Experiences. Collaborate with compliance teams (legal/privacy/security) to articulate requirements and convert requirements into actionable work.
- Product Roadmap: Develop a product feature and release roadmap based on business targets, privacy and compliance strategy, engineering feasibility, in-depth analysis.
- Prioritization: Effectively craft project plans based on priorities, setting clear/measurable objectives, and deploying team resources appropriately to achieve business and security goals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management; strong technical, or engineering background is preferred.
- Ability to create product deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, and requirements specifications.
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends.
