Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Core Commerce team delivers the consumer journey from end-to-end on our site and apps. You will contribute by obsessing how our consumers find the products that are right for them and feel encouraged to be more active as athletes*. You will lead a cross-functional team through the product development lifecycle - keeping an eye on industry trends, benchmarking, consumer insights & shifts, business needs, and in-depth data analysis. You will lead a cross-functional team through the delivery of those priorities, and then compare actual results to your initial hypothesis and goal(s), and continue to iterate on those experiences. Your product focus will be on our Browse team - helping consumers get to the right product for them with ease, while incorporating the inspiration that only Nike can bring.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Working within the Product Merchandising & Navigation experiences, you will partner with the Director of Product Management to define and execute product objectives, critical metrics and the roadmap. You will be a leader who effectively and appropriately prioritizes resources to introduce positive changes to the consumer experience, across the Nike Digital ecosystem. Leading through influence, you will manage partner relationships to ensure successful business outcomes. Above all, you will embody the principles of product management while being a constant champion for our consumers.

Profile

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management; consumer mobile or web product experience required
- Previous experience on digital commerce products strongly desired
- Knowledgeable data analytics skills
- Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action
- Experience leading high performing, cross-functional teams
- Ability to create product deliverables such as business cases, expected outcome models, product narrative documents, wireframes, prototypes and requirements specifications
- Experience managing mobile app or web experiences with multivariate testing
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail; present work and strategies to executive stakeholders
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on consumer trends
- History of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations
- Experience with design thinking preferred
- Optimizely or Adobe Target experience a plus
