Job description

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and driving all Private Brand initiatives with relevant partners to ensure we meet milestones and deliverables in support of Private Brand Strategy. The role works cross functionally with supply chain, technology, finance, merchandising, design among others to ensure alignment, collaboration and execution. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to think about broader impacts to other parts of the organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Essential Functions
- Define desired outcomes, milestones, and timelines that support PB strategies in collaboration with all key stakeholders.
- Lead working meetings with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and working team to drive toward decision making, creative solutions and facilitate risk mitigation
- Ensure progress of all initiatives towards project timelines and milestones.
- Develop and maintain progress reports, technology requirements documentation and presentations as needed
- Interface with technology and business partners to clearly define business/system requirements, address open items, and ensure progress toward milestones
- Build, develop and grow business relationships critical to the projects/initaitives across the organization.
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to ensure coordination and knowledge sharing across supply chain program focuses.

Profile

Bachelors degree required
Minimum Years of Experience 3-5 years
Competencies
- Experience: 3-5 years of program management experience. Supply Chain knowledge a plus
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to review and lead execution decisions based on statistical reports/data. Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
- Reasoning Ability: Must be able to work independently. Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of professionals. Ability to solve problems as well as recognize issues and deal with them directly
- Other skills: Strong leadership profile and strong negotiation skills. Proven track record of working cross-functionally with focus on merchants, vendors, transportation, technology and finance. Strong change management skills. Ability to develop insightful, value-added and actionable analyses.
- Work Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store/company needs. Able to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around facility or department
- Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.
- May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
