Job description

The Project Manager, PINK Store Operations, is part of a fast-paced, dynamic team that helps bring the PINK brand to life in stores. Using insights and feedback from store teams and field leaders, the team works collaboratively with Store Operations, Visual, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to provide ideas, strategies, and solutions that drive brand performance, support store execution, and build culture and community within stores. As the Project Manager, you will oversee project plans and timelines for all team initiatives, lead and facilitate communications to the field, and contribute to the overall associate engagement and regional Instagram social media strategy.
Partners with cross-functional teams to understand priorities and recommend effective solutions
Develops and writes all PINK related communications to stores and leaders
Supports execution of operational tasks
Prioritizes team, field, and Home Office requests; Filters and analyzes information to best support competing urgencies and applies focus to each
Gives candid and timely feedback to business partners; provides education to Merchants and Marketing partners on overall store operating efficiencies through strong, trust-based relationships
Owns the production and concepting of brand strategy tools sent to the field
Leads execution of all PINK related store tests, including operational details, communication timelines and feedback loops (store visits both in person and virtual, surveys etc.)
Drive continuous improvement for launches/floorsets and adapt to any changing processes or company initiatives/goals. Incorporate revised processes, steps, or actions, and measuring improvement.
Builds and executes the Regional Instagram content calendar to drive customer engagement and growth
Supports development by recommending creative, innovative approaches to break through barriers and challenge conventional thinking


Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) with intermediate experience of Excel preferred
Experience posting and creating content and videos for Social Media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
Working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite) for photo editing
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or 2-3 years' equivalent experience
Experience managing projects of varying complexity
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
Flexible approach to shifting priorities of multiple projects
Able to quickly build strong business relationships in a highly collaborative, fast-paced culture through inclusion, professionalism, and influence
Able to meet the flexible needs of the business schedule with potential for occasional evenings (i.e due to travel, late-breaking business updates, deadlines etc.)
Able to travel up to 25% per quarter (2-8 days, depending on team priorities)
