- Oversee project management from initiation to closure, manage project planning, define scope, goals, deliverables, and timing
- Determine resources needed to reach objectives and assign resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects
- Develop budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, track project costs to meet budget, make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Build and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Monitor project milestones and keeps multiple projects on track
- Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and deliver detailed notes
- Manage contracts with vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Perform risk assessment to minimize project risks
- Resolve issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
- Manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are document and approved
- Determine how results will be measured and completes a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
- Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
- Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
