Job description

We're looking for a Global Brand Manager within our Purpose Marketing team. This job will play an important role within our sustainability marketing team by developing and managing the sustainability product strategy, positioning, naming, and overall process, including online to offline consumer journeys upstream from innovation and product teams to downstream with Construct, Consumer Direct Marketing and Global Sustainability teams. This is a new position and exciting opportunity for a proven, collaborative storyteller and marketing leader with a passion for making progress each and every day.
We collaborate with Innovation and Brand Creative teams to lead and develop sustainability product insights, strategy, positioning and naming. You will own the delivery on a multi-year sustainability product calendar to align all key partners across the enterprise. We partner with the sustainable product team to align key data and analytics across product designed with sustainability in mind and the consumer direct marketing (CDM) teams in both global and geographies to develop authentic online to offline consumer journeys for sustainability product storytelling to plug into.
Setting up a new process and leading the integrated creation and review of all sustainability product storytelling and messaging with functional partners will be a key responsibility, building and collaborating across the business to align seasonal Sustainability product priorities by identifying and bring to bear key data and insights and opportunities to solve in the creation of product marketing plans. We build authentic and evergreen sustainability product consumer journeys, delivering seasonal global directives and product specific storytelling. It will be paramount your ability to flex up and down on a variety of projects based on project needs, timing and results, including related special projects within product and pivotal initiatives. Overall, you will play a key role in the collaborative cross-functional sustainability offense and its elevation across the Nike consumer experience.
This role partners deeply across a variety of Nike functions and teams. We partner closely with the Sustainable Product team to deliver a clear strategy about how we will tell the story of product designed and built with sustainability in mind. You will bring those strategies to Global Brand Creative teams to define creative strategies storytelling briefs. Global Brand Writing, Purpose Communications and Product Claims Legal teams will be important partners in crafting stories and dialing in direction across all products built with sustainability in mind. With Geo teams, you will partner to align seasonal priorities and product timelines in support of their priorities. You'll work closely with Consumer Direct Marketing and Nike Direct teams across as it relates to online and offline retail consumer touchpoints (i.e. Nike.com, Nike App, Physical Retail, Social Media). As part of the greater Purpose Marketing team, you will support the Sustainability and Purpose Directors throughout your work and participate and collaborate across wider initiatives within the Purpose offense.
