Job description

This position is based in San Francisco, CA and will report to VP of Talent Acquisition.
- Evolve The RealReal's recruiting processes to enable Recruiters and Hiring Managers to provide a seamless and best-in-class hiring experience
- Help develop The RealReal's Talent Acquisition technology roadmap, finding the best systems and tools to support our hiring programs and processes. We currently use Greenhouse as our ATS
- Drive a cross-functional, collaborative culture by building a trusted partnership with members of Talent Acquisition, our various HR department partners, critical business units and the hiring teams
- Manage the life-cycle of the candidate experience including data management, interview schedules, communications and candidate expenses
- Lead the team accountable for the execution of key recruiting operational processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for all recruiting and talent software and tools
- Create, execute and monitor programs designed to streamline recruiting processes and support an agile environment that can fluctuate with hiring demands
- Prepare and present recruiting and funnel related data to the Talent Acquisition Leadership team
- Communicate any process updates and own any change management with the Recruiting team, Hiring Managers / Interviewers, and the Leadership team
- Proactively participate in discussions and analysis leading to the selection and implementation of our recruiting systems, processes and tools in order to enable the Recruiting team to work at optimal operational efficiency
- Contribute to a high functioning team by proactively monitoring and anticipating issues that may compromise efficiency or productivity
- Manage the life-cycle of the candidate experience including data management, interview schedules, communications and candidate expenses
- Actively participate in problem-solving discussions that streamline the department and guide us to a best in class organization
- Drive work to optimize the use of data for better and faster data-driven decision making

Profile

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting operations experience in a technology-oriented corporate environment implementing a wide range of staffing programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience leading software implementation projects including developing project roadmaps, change management, and communications plans.
- Experience scaling operations in a rapidly growing environment
- Experience developing, executing, optimizing and managing Recruiting operations programs
- Advanced ATS management skill, Greenhouse systems experience a plus
- Demonstrated strategic business acumen & leadership, influencing & driving global outcomes
- Analytical thinker with experience building relationships across teams and business units
- Proven people leader with experience mentoring others
- Ability to partner and work effectively in a cross-functional leadership capacity
- Experience with vendor management and administration

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with system implementations a plus
- Advanced ATS management skill, Greenhouse systems experience a plus
- Experience with BI tools or advanced analytics
