: The Regional Analytics Manager will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by improving the customer offer and experience through the extraction and interpretation of customer data. The role will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity. The role will lead, manage, and organize a team of highly skilled analysts in accordance with H&M values, standards, policies, and procedures.
This position is based in New York, NY within our Customer Activation & Marketing function, reports to our Regional Head of Customer Insights & Engagement and has the following direct reports: CRM & Marketing Insights Analysts (3), Brand and CX Analyst, and Testing and Web Optimization Analyst
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Create a Thorough Customer Understanding through Analytics and Insights
· Oversee qualitative and quantitative analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from numerous applications. Coach team of skilled analysts to interpret raw data to derive valuable insights connected to our customer and brand value
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at translating data into insights that can be shared across organization, including CXO level management
· Track customer base and brand value KPIs to improve business performance, and share / present reports to cross-functional teams and senior management regularly
· Build a solid understanding of the customer groups in the region through analysis of market penetration, perception of brand, shopping experiences, and assortment
· Support Customer Activation & Marketing and Omni Sales Teams in building relevant commercial and customer plans through deep understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and triggers by segment
· Understand and drive the global strategies, plans, and frameworks and make them relevant to regional conditions (e.g. Brand, Commercial, Media, CRM and Loyalty)
Lead and Develop Your Team
· Lead your team of highly skilled analysts across various competencies to drive the development of a world class customer experience across the region
· Create conditions to enable strong performance, collaboration, and deliverables
· Coach, challenge, and develop all team members
Lead the Changed Way of Working
· Drive initiatives to improve ways of working, processes, and tools across teams in region and sales markets connected to customer insights, a test & learn mentality, and customer centricity
· Partner with Global and local Analytics teams to develop and implement analytics tools and solutions
· Leverage and promote customer-centric reports and tools, such as Customer & Loyalty reports, Chattermill, NPS/CX tools, and Brand Tracker, across organization
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience with 5+ years in highly analytical and strategic positions within retail or consumer industry
3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment
Proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results
Strong time management skills with experience handling multiple projects
Competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working preferred
Analytical and ability to build strategies and action plans to meet goals
Proficient in business intelligence tools, software, and dashboard
Inspirational pedagogical and communication skills
Ability to build a high performing team of highly skilled specialists with collaborative spirit
Ability to lead and align stakeholders in other teams to drive end results
10% travel required
