Job description

Title: Regional Brand Manager

Location: South East

Based out of Virginia or Raleigh, North Carolina. This person would be working throughout Maryland, Washington DC, North and South Carolina, Delaware and Virginia.

Responsibilities:

- Plans and executes customer-specific strategies (joint business plans) to drive growth in line with brand’s objective and values;

- Maximizes Key Performance Indicators and, even further in-depth, by sales representative;

- Trains junior staff to ensure top-of-mind awareness at each distributor account;

- Able to influence in an indirect sales environment;

- Works with internal structure of distributor to ensure seamless sales execution;

- Drives sales out by coaching and supporting sales team;

- Wins share of heart of sales team – must have an adaptable personality;

- Actively targets new business;

- Builds top-to-top presentations and quarterly business reviews;

- Shares best practices from other partnerships always in the goal of driving the brand at the distributor level;

- Follow company polices in regards to OSHA;

- Any others the Employer may consider essential in ensuring the normal operations of the Employer’s business processes and that falls into the category of expertise of the Employee;

- Complete assigned special projects.

- Coordinate educational programs to meet salon need, objectives and support new product launches within their territory;

- Responsible for scheduling and managing all Moroccanoil programs within their territory. i.e. Local education events, programs and special events;

- Supports Education Development Manager with crucial feedback from field activity that will aid in the continued development and revision of content-specific educational programs;

- Participates in distributor shows and programs as directed;

- Manages educational event budgets within their territory;

- Full comprehension of the Moroccanoil Business Platforms and resources;

- Any others the Employer may consider essential in ensuring the normal operations of the Employer’s business processes and that falls into the category of expertise of the Employee;

- Special projects.

Requirements

- High School or GED;

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred;

- 2 years planning experience in the beauty industry in progressive sales roles

- Ability to travel and work weekends required;

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
