The Regional Digital Media Manager for Paid Channels will contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by developing a paid and performance media strategy that drives customer development and profitable sales growth. The role will partner with global paid channel owners on a day-to-day basis to steer the optimization of budgets, tactics, and execution.
This position is based in New York, NY within our Customer Activation & Marketing function, and reports to our Regional Head of Media.
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Media Strategy & Optimization
Collaborate with global paid channel owners (both Performance and Brand) to understand global strategies and adjust for the region to secure profitable sales and customer acquisition / retargeting goals
Partner directly with Paid Social, Paid Search, and Affiliate agencies on both a global and regional level
Perform quality controls and audits to ensure that agency teams are optimizing channels according to platform best practice as well as key objectives, providing consistent feedback and input to drive constant improvement and accountability / ownership
Secure strong understanding of customer behavior and trends and infuse these insights into paid media investment strategy and tactics
Identify growth potential per customer segment across Performance investments, and explore new and different tactics to activate these groups
Explore and partner with Regional Head of Digital Development to prioritize enhancements in our CRM and segmentation strategies across paid media channels
Drive AB testing and segmentation initiatives within Performance channels and Paid Social to secure full-funnel understanding of our key customer groups
Partner with E-Commerce, Media, and CX Operations teams to understand commercial strategy and develop activations and local content as needed
Budget and Performance FUP
Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, and follow up on performance to understand deviations and derive learnings
Partner with Regional Media Manager and CA&M Controller to set ROI goal for Performance and Paid channels and activations
Partner with key stakeholders to brainstorm and develop customer-centric FUPs with a focus to marry media and customer data in an actionable way
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Equivalent
7+ years experience in Marketing field
5+ years experience in Performance Media
Deep familiarity with media ROI KPIs and how to analyze / act
Able to work independently on tasks with strong ownership / accountability
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Google and Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools
Experience setting and managing large media budgets in collaboration with media agencies
Competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working
Strong leadership skills
Highly analytical
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
