Houston Regional Director - Bath & Body Works
The Houston Regional Director will manage a region encompassing South, Central, and West Texas as well as New Mexico and Gulf Coast markets. The leader will reside in Houston. A Regional Director plays a key role in growing our brand, fostering our company culture and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for Bath & Body Works customers through the following:
- Leading through selling effectiveness, customer engagement & operational excellence to drive sales
- Being close to the customer
- Leading with curiosity and humility
- Influencing the organization's direction through knowledge, vision, insight, talent, relationships and leadership
- Challenging the status quo and taking a stand to deliver stronger results
- Setting high standards and empowering others to achieve

- Has a track record of sustained financial performance
- Is consistently and comprehensively managing their talent (executes the mindset, processes and tools needed to identify, acquire, develop, engage and retain top level talent)
- Is highly accountable and demonstrates leadership consistency in the way they guide and inspire their teams
- Doesn't shy away from performance management and holding everyone on their teams accountable
- Consistently engaged and invested in the business, is someone that always "shows up" and "leans into" tough situations
- Should have history of consistently exceeding expectations
